The Algarve is getting a bit chillier but the water is still good for a dip. Praia de Luz is our favorite place to beach it...what's yours?

We had a ball last week at our web summit events! This Swing Party in Marvila was a huge success and we couldn't have done it without the help of our partners at @swingstation and @oitavacolina . Thank you to everyone who came out to hang with us! 😍

We had a ball last night at Vhils’ new project, Stupido (no, not you...that's the name of the place)! Thanks to all web summiters who came out to meet us and dance the night away! Tonight's party is a super-secret speakeasy party at Aquele Lugar Que Não Existe- hope to see you all there at 11:30! Swing Station will be performing their swing routine and the first drink is on the House. Come by and let's get swinging!
Bar master Francisco totally blew my mind last night with his @atlaslisboa signature rum and gin cocktails to promote our app at #websummit2017 in #caisdosodré. Up on deck tonight we will host a dance party at Vhils’ new project Stupido in Cais do Sodre. Come by, say hello, grab a free drink on us, and get ready to dance! Download the app or find the green key. Hint: there are some hiding at the venues where we have been this week, so go get them while they last!

The interior of the Armazem da Cachaça is almost as fantastic as the food! Here you can enjoy typical Brazilian dishes with a twist and a caipirinha. So good!

Happy Halloween 🎃 - this is how we do it in Lisboa! Last year’s costumes will be tough to beat, but we will do our best. Stay tuned for pictures and remember, tonight is the night when Dead leaves 🍁 fly, like witches and switches across the sky 🌌 when elf and sprite fly through the night on a sheen, it's Halloween! 👻

The neighborhood Cais do Sodré was known as being a red Light district ages ago and now is known for its amazing bars, clubs, and restaurants. The best bar is a Viagem, the best club is Music box and the best restaurant is Casa do Pasto. Of course that's just my opinion! What's your favorite spot in Cais?

There are a lot of abandoned buildings in Lisbon but none so cool as Panorâmico in Monsanto. Did you know David Bowie stopped here once for dinner when it was open? That was a long time ago. Now, this spaceship-looking structure stands crumbling, and ziggy stardust has passed on to bigger and better things. Read more here: http://www.atlaslisboa.com/restaurante-panoramico-then-and-now/

This is what happens when you invite an Irish guy and his Portuguese wife for homemade Mexican food at your house...you get your own crepe! Here is a pic of my friends and me being silly in Leiria, a town about 45 minutes by car from Lisbon. This amazing castle ruins site hosts the goth festival annually but throughout the rest of the year it's open to the public for peanuts. It's one of my favorite hidden places to visit in Portugal!

This weekend's greenfest in Estoril was home to the launch of Fair Bazaar, an ethical beauty, home, and fashion online marketplace built right here in Portugal. This pop up shop featured over 50 sustainable brands and certainly made this fest the coolest it has ever been. Nice work, @fairbazaar

If you’re a climber here in Portugal and you speak either English, German, or of course, Portuguese, you’re in luck: Carlos “Cuca” Simes, with the help of photographer Ricardo “Macau” Alves, has just published the first comprehensive climbing guide to the country and it’s due to hit shelves very soon. Read about it here! http://www.atlaslisboa.com/the-new-portuguese-climbing-guide-an-interview-with-author-carlos-simes/

This Art Nouveau doorway in on the border of Baixa and Rossio once opened its doors to families seeking an afternoon flick. Now it features a seedier genre of film, but at least the façade is still mostly intact.
