Krispie treats

3 cups corn flakes, crushed
1 cup crunchy peanut butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup white corn syrup
6 ounces chocolate chips

Directions:

Heat peanut butter, sugar and corn syrup over low heat to melt. Stir in cereal.

Pat into a 8x8 lightly greased pan. (I line my pan with foil and then lightly spray it. When it is time to cut them, the foil lifts right out.).

Melt chocolate chips over low heat or in the microwave and spread over top. Cool until firm

Another Recipe:
Melt butter in large saucepan on low heat. Add marshmallows; cook until marshmallows are completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.

Add cereal; mix well.

Press onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray. Spread melted chocolate. Cool completely.

heat 1 cup of milk in a saucepan/vessel on a low to medium flame.Add 1/4 tsp turmeric powder. Stir well and simmer milk for 2 to 3 mins or until it boils. once the milk starts boiling, then switch off the flame.pour the hot milk in a glass or mug. Serve turmeric milk hot or warm.

Yellow Dal Fry Recipe - Toor dal or split pigeon peas cooked and tempered with cumin seeds, onions, tomato, garlic and spices sauteed in ghee.

Lentils are a must in every Indian meal and a yellow dal fry is one of the best and most common ways to eat it. Toor dal or split pigeon peas are cooked till soft and tempered with onions, red chilli powder, garlic and cumin seeds sautΓ©ed in ghee. A pinch of turmeric adds to the beautiful yellow colour of the dal fry and the aroma of the tempering makes your mouth water. A bowl of this delicious dal along with steamed rice, papad and achar is comfort food for every Indian.

Ingredients:Β 
20 ml Rose SyrupΒ 
20ml Orange Syrup
50 ml Pineapple juiceΒ 
150 ml Soda (chilled)Β 
2-3 Mint leaves to garnish
Β½ cup crushed Ice
Method:Β 
Add rose syrup to a large glass. Top with crushed ice to cover. Top with orange syrup. Slowly add in the pineapple juice and top with chilled soda water. Garnish with mint leaves and serve.
