Let's start the waffle battle. πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺ I and Cez have definitely different taste buds. I love super sweet things that literally make you feel sick, Cez enjoys sweet moderate treats. When we decided to choose our waffles in Brussels, I went for speculaas spread, banana toppings and plenty of whipped cream. Cez chose nutella, strawberries and whipped cream with crumble nuts. I loved my waffle, Cez didn’t enjoy his. He said it was too sweet and we have better waffles in Poland. Whatever, Cez!! What's your favorite waffle topping? πŸ«πŸ«πŸ«πŸ‘Œ

We highly recommend a cafe called Relish in Brussels. They have fast wifi, amazing staff and delicious panini, baguettes
and coffee, of course. We stayed there to charge our batteries, catch up on work and plan our day exploring the city.

Celine Fiaert Thanks for the comment and recommendation. I was there already, Cez hasn't. It's a beautiful spot, indeed and it's mostly known as the Venice of Belgium. Maybe next time we can both make it there. πŸ˜Šβ˜€οΈπŸŒΌπŸŒΊπŸŒΌ

Shout out to all cakes and coffee lovers in Berlin. We discovered that Coffee Fellows got one of the best almond lattes and cheesecakes in the city. Try it when in Berlin. β˜•πŸ°. It seems like a coffee chain scattered around the city.

A lake on top of the world! This was last year in Tibet. The view is beautiful but actually we just went out of the van for short 30 seconds just to take this pic. The wind was so strong and the altitude was difficult as well πŸ˜…πŸ˜…

If you're wondering the lake is called Yamdrok!
We really miss Tibet these days! Great picture!

It's called Chochla and it's located in Wreszcz, J. Kilinskiego street. They make delicious treats, awesome soups and good coffee. πŸ˜Šβ€οΈπŸ’˜

In Zurich β›ͺ, we struggled a lot with finding a nice cafe with Wi-Fi. Only big and sophisticated restaurants where open with tables and chairs placed outside and no wifi available. We checked few bars and coffee shops β˜•, there was either a nice coffee served with no wifi or all the way around, wifi was fast but there was no coffee available. That made us realize two things: we are unhappy peeps when disconnected from the internet πŸ’»(we can't work and maintain work while traveling) but because we are flexible, we can tweak things around and focus on sightseeing for the entire day and then work in the evening in our hostel/hotel/airbnb. We love our nomadic lives and all perks that come with it.

And the last stop was.... Can you guess where Cez is? πŸ€” That's right, just the south of the Brandenburg Gate is Berlin’s Holocaust Memorial, with its two thousand, seven hundred and eleven gray concrete slabs, or stelae. They are identical in their horizontal dimensions (reminiscent of coffins), differing vertically (from eight inches to more than fifteen feet tall), arranged in a precise rectilinear array over 4.7 acres, allowing for long, straight, and narrow alleys between them, along which the ground undulates.Β We spent approximately 10 minutes exploring this place but if you are interested in its history, you can spend there hours.

β˜• One coffee per day is a must, two is a good amount, and three is rather gourmandizing. πŸ˜„ Since almond latte is rather a rare treat, we often look for something in replacement. In Feldkirch, feldkirAgness chose Chai tea, and it she didn't regret that choice, it was delicious! πŸ˜‹

Next on our sightseeing list, right after the Alexanderplatz and the Berlin Cathedral, was the world's famous Brandenburg Gate. It is, in fact, more than just Berlin’s only surviving historical city gate. This site came to symbolise Berlin’s Cold War division into East and West – and, since the fall of the Wall, a reunified Germany. Architecturally, the sandstone Brandenburg Gate also represents one of the earliest and most attractive examples of a neo-classical building in the country. Must see spot, but extremely overcrowded between 11:00 and 16:00.β›©οΈπŸš²πŸ“ΈπŸŒˆβ€οΈ

Amsterdam tip #4: it's always driver's fault if they hit a cyclist and it's always cyclist's fault if they hit a pedestrian. There are many confused and often careless tourists in Amsterdam, so you have to be very careful not to hit anyone when driving or cycling. And if you're walking, please do look around as bikes are everywhere!

Also, East Side Gallery is on everyone's list, but make sure to bike to Bernauer straße - it, in my opinion, is a more visually striking place to remember the wall.

So we have finally arrived in Amsterdam. It is a very special place for me where I spent over 2 years studying, working and travelling. I left this city last September to travel the world and blog about it full-time. Since then, I grew personally and professionally and I couldn't be more happy with this decision. Now I'm back and it feels great. I have been meeting fellow travel bloggers and friends from the city who always greet me with open arms and hearts.

Today we are going to share top 5 tips for visiting Amsterdam. One by one throughout the whole day on the way to Brussels where we can't wait to try some waffles and chocolate ! 😍🍩🍫

Let's start from tip 1: head to Damrak street to shoot a perfect photo of Amsterdam's houses at the water if you get bored with the canal views (is that even possible?) πŸ“Έ This picture perfect spot is located just in front of the Starbucks coffee shop.
