Wanna eat and live healthy? Cut down on milk products, meat and eggs.
Cutting down doesn't mean you can't enjoy them, it means you chose to eat more healthy.
I prefer to have as little as possible and I feel so much better, I noticed I don't get sick as often because of my diet, one thing I will never give up on is fish ๐Ÿ˜…

My advice would be to cut out all complex carbs for a couple of weeks. No breads, rice, pastas. Eat proteins. Keep your fats lean.
Losing weight is mostly diet before exercise. Along with the diet, do a fee weeks of consistent every day exercise that makes you use all of your body. Body weight workouts, compound weight training.

And don't celebrate working out by eating more. Keep with it for several weeks.
