My favourite dish we had at Le Bistro Winebeast was this Pithiviers of Quail and Foie Gras with French Puff Pastry and Foie Gras. The Puff Pastry was perfect and the Quail, Foie Gras and Veal Jus were a delicious combination.

Blanc-Manger: French Savoury Soufflรฉ with Black Truffle, Chives and Veal Jus. This was my first time trying this dish and I liked it a lot. There was a raw egg yolk in the centre and when mixed together with the egg white, Truffle and veal Jus gave a deliciously rich combination!

Amazing dinner at 2 Michelin Star Caprice at Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong. Chef Guillaume Galliot presented us with one of the most delicious tasting menus I've ever had, beginning with this Australia Wagyu Beef and Gillardeau Oyster Tartare with Kristal Caviar. This was the best Tartare I have ever had, and I'be had a lot!

Experienced an incredible dinner at 3 Star Michelin 8ยฝ Otto e Mezzo Bombana having their newest degustation menu. The restaurant is No. 4 in Asias's 50 Best Restaurants and you can definitely see why. The menu begins with the Marinated Tuna Tartare with a Citrus and Tofu Emulsion and Royal Oscietra Caviar which was simply incredible.

It kinda reminded me of a Vietnamese version of barrafina in London. Bar counter small plates. Exceptionally delicious.
Beef Brisket, Beef Tendon and Pork Belly with Egg Noodles and broth at this great local noodle shop called Wing Kei Noodles in Sheung Wan. You can choose from a variety of Beef, Pork, vegetables and dumplings, then choose your noodle type. A large bowl like this only costs $38HK and it was so good! Definitely recommend trying for local eats in the Sheung Wan area!

First time trying this local Hong Kong Cafe called Hoi On Cafe after a friend's recommendation. They do traditional Hong Kong style breakfasts and I recommend ordering their Signature Noodle Pot with all the trimmings (Fried Egg, Hot Dog, Luncheon Meat, Smoked Duck Breast and Beef slices). Can't believe this place is only a 5 minute walk from where I live!
