Mud Crab is one of my favourites! There are so many ways its cooked and my favourite is Chilli Crab (pictured), Kam Heong ( Golden Fragrant) and Butter Cheese. When I go to Malaysia I revisit my childhood favourite Wong Poh for my fix.
