Hi guys!
Me and my boyz going to Tokyo-Auckland-Papeete-Los Angeles next May.
we are looking for different solutions for accommodation. What do you suggest?

me and my boyfriend are Italians and live in Rome. if you need some information just ask.
My granfather lives in Sorrento so i know very well the place near sorrento.

We are registered in this app to try the same for someone to help us for the next trip :)

It was awesome, despite all the terrible yhings i read by americans about the road on amalfi being to dangerous

Oh scooter are way more fun. Rented it in sorrento and road to positano - complete blast we had a backpack and one piece of carry on luggae for 10 days

I liked being able to walk / boat (not on mm huge yacht) everywhere in Capri and felt I would have to drive around Positano. Didn't think of scooters

There is one windy cliffside road that was fun to cruise on

The fun thing about positano is we stayed in an apt there but had a scooter so we could visit all the little amalfi villages around during the day

When I left capri we concluded it would only be fun if you were there with a huge yacht or staying in a five star hotel. Its completely overrun with wealthy people/celebrities. The other side of capri is not so touristy and seemed lovely

Does Capri feel more self contained holiday destination versus Positano?

Stayed in Positano the May before last for my birthday - lived in an Apt above a restaurant called Da Vincenzo which is really worth going to. Super delicious seafood! The prices are better and the food is better than these expensive places by the water too :)
