Seared Ahi Tuna Salad for lunch with asparagus, avocado, red onion, tomato, Gorgonzola, radicchio, mixed greens. Lemon vinaigrette on the side.

Had to come back to one of my favorites in NE Ohio before I fly to Denver tomorrow AM!

Put together a pickling liquid for the pickles - white vinegar, apple cider vinegar, salt, mustard seed, ground mustard, ground horseradish, Ground Turmeric, salt, red pepper flakes, and a touch of honey. Threw some fill and garlic cloves into the jars as well.
Summer squash, zucchini, and red onion. Soon to be quick pickles!

Grilled salmon salad, cherry tomatoes, red onion, bacon, Parmesan crisps. Warm mustard dressing.

Fresh Wild Caught Cod roasted in the oven with red pepper flakes, lemon zest, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper, roasted garlic, and onion powder. Topped with tomato slices to keep the fish moist. Bake at 400 for 12 minutes and then broil until cooked to desired texture!

Roasted Cauliflower Soup!

Cauliflower, onion, garlic, shallot roasted in the oven with salt/pepper, cumin, garam masala, and turmeric. Once done, I blended in the Vitamix with bone broth for a protein boost. Seasoned to taste. Deliciousness!
