Pizza with cime di rapa and fresh tomatoes 🀀
Another day, another pizza. This one is white, with grilled eggplants, pachino tomatoes and rocket. The dough was pure perfection
More pizza awesomeness in Cagliari. This one is white, with fresh artichokes and Sardinian style sausage
Pizza as it should be at Gallo D'oro in Via Dante, Cagliari. This one had guanciale, pecorino and basil. Yum

Cagliari is all dressed up for Christmas! I admit I am a bit of a Grinch but I have to say it is pretty! I shot this in San Giovanni neighborhood 😍

My friend tried a burger made with Sardinian beef, topped with local cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, mustard and a sauce made of β€œsapa” which is kind of a most. At least I think !

One of my favorite burger places in Cagliari is Bombas, located in Via UniversitΓ  in Castello. Burgers are prepared using 100% local ingredients. Potato chips are freshly cut and oh so crispy. And the prices more than reasonable. There's also vegetarian options .
I love wandering the tiny alleys of Cagliari

Cagliari urban beach is called Poetto and is lovely at any time of year. There's a great waterfront to run or bike around. The beach can be easily reached on public transport

The alleys in Castello neighborhood are super narrow !
Another shot of Cagliari, this time from Castello neighborhood. I took this from the terrace of my favorite bar, called Libarium. The tower on the left is called Torre degli Elefanti. The seagull is the king of the city and is often seen hanging at Libarium, demanding attention and stealing customers’ food!

San Giovanni is probably my favorite neighborhood in Cagliari. I love it's narrow alleys and the low rise buildings. And those flower pots outside the doors are so cute, don't you think ?

One of my favorite areas of Cagliari is called San Giovanni, with the lovely Via Sulis and San Giacomo church. The area still retains its local character and is very pleasant to walk around any time of day and night. I love going there to take photos

Sharing a piece of my life in Cagliari. I don't care for football but I love going to the stadium with my friends, it's always a lot of fun. Today Cagliari played against Inter but it lost. I still had fun though! Do you have a favorite sport you watch with friends ?

I shot this just outside Mahane Yehuda Market in Jerusalem . It's a city of incredible contrasts where modern architecture and life sits right next to ancient buildings and traditions. I guess that's why I love it!!

Masada is an ancient fortress overlooking the Dead Sea in Israel. The best time to enjoy Masada is at sunrise. The views are great and there's very few people around. Totally worth the hike!

A year ago I set to visit Israel for the first time. It quickly became one of my favorite places in the world, to the point I am planning to move there. This picture was taken in Ein Kerem neighborhood in Jerusalem. It's a bit out of the city and lovely!

There's so much more to Jerusalem than meets the eye. The cultural and art scene in the city is thriving. The area around Mahane Yehuda Market is packed with street art, galleries and exhibits.

One of the things I like the most about Tel Aviv is that there's cats all over. This one lives in Neve Tzedec
In a few weeks I'll be going back to my happy place. If there's one thing I love doing in Tel Aviv, that's walking to the beach to admire the most glorious sunset !
Sunset in Tel Aviv never ceases to amaze me

One of my favorite foods in the world is hummus. I had this in Jaffa last April. The big news is that I'll be going to Israel again at the end of December. You can bet I'll gorge on more hummus!!
It's quite common to see these 3 wheelers in Italy. We call it Ape (bee) and they are often used to sell fruits and veggies just like I saw in Lecce
